Metro extends the category of Sibiu Salami
The expansion of the category does not imply the introducing of new products or brands, but simply the adding of new packing for a few of the existing items. Thus the retailer is proposing a box packing for three of the best selling items in the category:
The action is addressed to both HoReCa clients and to re-sellers and offer them a percentage reduction applied to price of the individual product whenever buying a box. Metro's decision is a contribution to the development of the category and at the same time a support in the volume increase of the product under own brand.
